So not only is bacon a tasty snack anytime of day, for me it illicits fine memories of waking up at my grandparents Becket homestead to Product 19 cereal with frozen bluberries.

Bacon, Kale, and Asparagus
This recipe came into being one night when I was lazy and hungry. I ate it as a main meal, but it could also be a side dish or tossed with some yummy pasta.Chop Bacon and cook in frying pan till about three quarters done. Drain excess bacon grease add kale and asparagus and cook over medium heat covered, stirring occassionally until vegetables are done as well as you like your veggies done.
